United Girls Foundation is a girls’ and young women’s empowerment organisation dedicated to helping every girl rise with dignity, confidence, and purpose.
We exist to support girls and young women, especially those in underserved communities, by creating opportunities for education, mentorship, menstrual health support, sexual and reproductive health awareness, leadership development, skills training, and economic empowerment.
At UGF, we believe that every girl carries potential. But too often, that potential is limited by poverty, stigma, lack of guidance, menstrual challenges, limited access to health information, and unequal opportunities. Our work is to break these barriers and create safe, supportive spaces where girls can learn, grow, lead, and thrive.
Through community outreach, school-based programmes, mentorship, and empowerment initiatives, we walk alongside girls and young women as they build confidence, discover their voices, protect their health, and shape brighter futures.
